Internships
The Essanay Centers for Early Film at St. Augustine College, a historic restoration and reuse initiative at the Essanay Studios in the Uptown area of Chicago, IL, is seeking student interns to support the Center’s development.
St. Augustine College’s Essanay Centers has completed a Historic Structures Report (HSR) Preservation and Reuse Plan with Johnson Lasky Architects. The renovated facility will serve as the home for the Essanay Center for Cultural Performance and the Essanay Center for Early Film, multi-use educational space for the college, as well as private events. These internships will be critical in ensuring that we meet our deadlines, and will support our development efforts.

Volunteer
The Essanay Centers participate in and host many events throughout the year, and maintain an active presence online and in the community. In order to accomplish this we rely on our staff, interns and volunteers.
